Job description: 

Communicating with people, answering questions over the phone, managing the park booth unsupervised, completing point of sales, utilizing reserve America (website for reserving campgrounds, cabins or RV sites in parks), walking and hiking trails, using equipment to help with trail upkeep, talking to park guests, keeping the park area safe, and making sure the park is clear of all trash and debris

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Accountability and integrity

  • Experience in customer service and sales

  • Patience

  • Clean driving record

  • Experience as a cashier 

  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

  • Ability to learn new computer programs

  • Balance sheet acquisitions 

  • Quick mental math skills 

  • Responsible for LCRA assets, finances, and property
